The unemployment rate in Fulton County drops to under 4 percent in September, that’s according to data recently released by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The rate fell to 3.5 percent in the county from 4.2 percent in August. Last September, the unemployment rate was 4.2 percent in Fulton County. All over the state, similar numbers are coming in.
