Keister Tapped To Lead NSCC Program

There’s new leadership at one area campus. Northwest State Community College’s nursing program has a new dean. With Patti Altman set to retire in January, the school has hired her successor, Dr. Kathy Keister. Keister was one of two faculty members who helped start the nursing program at NSCC, then known as Northwest Technical College, 30 years ago.
