Kendall Will Appeal

Andrew Kendall, recently convicted on several drug charges will appeal. The Bryan man is set to serve at least 11 years in prison, and as many as 14, under new, more flexible felony sentencing laws. In early October, Kendall was found guilty of possession of methamphetamine, drug trafficking and more. He was brought in after a chase with police earlier this year.
