Bonnie Kimpling is accused of stealing thousands from a now-closed school for children with autism that she ran in Bryan. Kimpling was indicted in Williams County on one count each of aggravated theft and possessing criminal tools. Prosecutors say she stole $150,568 from the P.A.T.H. School for Autism between January 2012 and December 2017. They add she had four laptop computers and one desktop computer that were used in the theft. Kimpling was a member of the Bryan Board of Public Affairs from 2012 through 2016. She has a court date on May 1st.
