Pioneer Village Administrator Al Fiser gets a national award from the American Public Power Association. The Larry Hobart Seven Hats Award recognizes managers of small utilities serving fewer than 2,500 meters. With a small staff, these managers have to assume multiple roles…including planning and design, administration, public relations and more. Fiser received the award while attending the American Public Power Association’s National Conference in Nashville. Fiser oversaw the completion of $18 million dollars in infrastructure projects in the areas of storm drainage, water treatment, power distribution and transmission.
