Kunkle residents may have their postal delivery returned to their location by summer, but the manner of delivery remains uncertain. A meeting was held last Thursday at the Pioneer Community Center for residents to learn when delivery of their mail and packages will resume to Kunkle. Since 2023, residents have been traveling to the Pioneer Post Office to retrieve their mail and packages after the lease for the post office in Kunkle expired.
