Power is cut to hundreds in New Haven after a vehicle hits some utility poles along Lincoln Highway West, near Hartzell Road. The stretch was closed to traffic while crews worked to repair the poles. New Haven High School and New Haven Middle School, as well as the East Allen County Schools administration building, were impacted in the outage, as well. The lights are back on, now.
