After nearly 50 years in The Enrichment Center, the Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities is moving to a location closer to Bryan. The department had been seeking to relocate for the past three years. They will be moving to a State Route 15 location, just north of Bryan. Official say the board embarked on a plan to relocate almost 3 years ago because The Enrichment Center, originally built in 1971 to be a school, is too large “and no longer supports the needs of the agency.
