An Archbold man, 36-year-old Manuel Santiago was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court for failing to appear for show cause hearing. The original charge was theft. He was taken to CCNO.
Yesterday, 28-year-old Heather Harman of Bryan was taken into custody at the CCNO for domestic violence, aggravated menacing and two counts of Criminal damaging.
