A logging accident left one Putnam County logger injured. It happened on Monday afternoon when a tree fell on the leg of 53 year old William Rayle Jr of Cloverdale. Rayle was taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima with unspecified injuries.
It happened Monday afternoon just before 2. Rayle, who was able to free himself before emergency crews arrived, was unable to move to get help.
No word on his condition today.
