Looking for solution to Ohio’s lethal injection problem

Ohio officials are trying to figure out how they are going to execute Ronald Phillips next January. The state does not have the lethal injection drugs needed to put the convicted killer to death since manufacturers have either stopped making the drugs or refuse to sell them to states for use in executions. One lawmaker in Cincinnati is suggesting other means to execute inmates that have been approved by the U.S. Supreme Court, including firing squad, electric chair and hanging, although Ohio would have to change its own laws, which only allow for lethal injection.
