Loop Enters Plea

Michael Loop pleads guilty to voluntary manslaughter charges in the killing of a Cecil man in 2018. Loop had been facing a charge of aggravated murder in the death of Phillip Koenn. Sentencing is set for Monday in a Paulding County courtroom. Prosecutors say Loop, in a fit of rage brought on by provocation from Koenn, used deadly force.
