Loop Gets 22

Michael Loop is sentenced in a Paulding County courtroom to 22 years in prison in the shooting death of Phillip Koenn…at Koenn’s rural Cecil residence…while committing a 2018 burglary. He was given credit for 368 days served in jail while his case was pending.
