Loop Indicted For Murder

A Defiance man faces murder charges in Paulding County, following his arraignment. Michael Loop’s bond was set at $10 million, with a 10 percent cash provision. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled set for Oct. 1 in Paulding County Court. Loop is accused of shooting and killing Philip Koenn at his home in Cecil last Thursday.
