Loop To Get Murder Trial

A Defiance man is indicted on charges in the September death of a Cecil man. Michael Loop is accused of aggravated murder. Investigators say Loop broke into the Road 230 home of 60 year old Phillip Koenn. Officers later found Koenn’s body inside after the shooting. Bond is set at one million dollars.
