Lowe Case Update

A Stryker man, arrested on Sunday after a police chase, is bound over to the Defiance County Court. Nicholas Lowe was in a Defiance courtroom for fleeing and eluding. Lowe, who was granted court-appointed counsel, waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Officers tried to pull him over on N. Clinton St…Lowe fled before crashing on Ohio 15 near Haller Road. His vehicle had been reported stolen. Lowe’s next hearing date has not yet been set.
