Lowe Caught By Officers

Defiance Police brings in a Williams County man after a chase in Brunersburg. Nicholas Lowe is charged with failure to comply with a police officer. Officials tell reporters there will be additional charges against Lowe, pending a Defiance County grand jury. Officers attempted to stop Lowe’s vehicle in the Walmart parking lot on N. Clinton St. The suspect fled, traveling at high speeds before crashing on Ohio 15, near Haller Road. Lowe fled on foot and was later apprehended close to the crash scene.
