Magitt In Court

Two people…charged in a burglary and assault case, last year at a Defiance apartment complex have entered pleas. Leviticus Magitt…originally indicted for attempted murder…pleads guilty to felonious assault. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing is scheduled for May 10th. His co-defendant, Dylan Brown, pled guilty to similar charges, as well. Prosecutors say…Magitt tried to strangle a 20-year-old man on Sept. 10…in the victim’s apartment, across the hall from Magitt’s apartment on Rosewood Avenue.
