A Cleveland man, accused of breaking into a Defiance vehicle dealership and stealing a car, was the subject of a Defiance County grand jury. Christian Malzahn is charged with failure to comply with a police officer…grand theft…and breaking and entering. We reported back on Jan. 20, someone broke into Stykemain GMC Buick on Elliott Road, and stole property from inside the business. When deputies arrived, Malzahn was then trying to take a car from the lot. After the ensuing car chase ends in Wood County…he is picked up on charges.
