Man Arrested For His Role In 2001 Killing

An Indi­ana man has been charged in a mur­der case dat­ing back to 2001.

49 year old Mark Fritz allegedly admit­ted to killing 70 year old Samuel Hunter in 2001, while he was drink­ing heav­ily ear­lier this year.

Fritz has been arrested and charged with the mur­der of Hunter, whose body was found in his home in Metz, Ind., by his daugh­ter in June back in 2001.

Fritz is being held behind bars at the Steuben County Jail with­out bail. His trial is sched­uled to begin August 28.
