Man charged in Defiance burglary

A burglary reported in Defiance led to a man’s arrest. 23-year-old Cody Jenkins was arrested on Tuesday and charged with burglary, interfering with the operation of a train and inducing panic. Officers were called to Washington Ave. Monday night around 9 p.m. Jenkins was taken into custody on the Riverside Ave. viaduct. His bond was set at $150,000 and he is scheduled for arraignment this morning in Defiance Municipal Court.
