Bryan police nabbed a man on a bench warrant. 24 year old Brian Adkins of Walnut Street in Fayette, Ohio was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued out of Bryan Municipal Court on Tuesday for failing to appear. Adkins then appeared… he was taken to court.
