A man who fled from Bryan Municipal Court on Monday, is still among the missing. Tyler Richards was in court for a probation non-compliance hearing stemming from an alleged violation of a five-year probation sentence for an assault conviction from last year. As Richards was being escorted to his holding cell, he took off running, and nobody could catch up with him. Now, a warrant has been issued for Richards’ arrest, and when apprehended, he will be charged with resisting arrest, in addition to his probation violation. Richards was last seen running from the Don C. North Municipal Building parking lot on East High Stteet in Bryan. He is described as being 6-foot-1 with brown hair and blue eyes and wearing a plastic boot cast on one foot. If you see him, call police right away.
