Man Injured In Crash

Someone gets thrown from his motorcycle after he swerves to miss a deer on County Road 27. Officials tell reporters…57-year-old Mark Elkins of Ashley was the victim…injuring his leg and neck. He was taken to an area hospital for further treatment. Damage to the motorcycle is estimated to be about $5,000. Area officials are handling the post-crash investigation.
