Man spared prison on weapons charge

A Delta man was sentenced in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. 20-year-old Austin Head of Delta was sentenced to 2 years of community control after previously pleading guilty. If he fails to comply with the terms of his sentence, he could spend 7 months in prison.
