Marijuana Clears A Hurdle In Montpelier

In Montpelier, despite some council members concerns, an ordinance establishing regulations for medical marijuana cultivation facilities and retail dispensaries is moving on to its third reading. The proposed regulations would place the facility in the town’s industrial park, set back from the roadway and fenced.
