Marshall Receives Punishment

Kai Marshall, the Defiance man accused of raping and beating a woman last June is placed on community control for four years by Judge Joseph Schmenk. A 47-month prison term is reserved for Marshall if he violates community control requirements. He also was given credit for approximately five months served at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio while his case was pending.
