Mayors Meet

Williams County mayors learned about cybersecurity issues…and how the state can help combat them. The mayors met at the Holiday City Village Office for their monthly meeting and were joined via Zoom by Mark Bell, a cybersecurity outreach coordinator for the state of Ohio. Bell says response teams can come to local governments, under the direction of the governor, and help with a malware incident that is beyond the capabilities the local entity has to deal with….kinda like getting help from the Ohio National Guard if you there’s a flood or tornado.
