A Defiance man is sentenced to ten years in prison in a Defiance County courtroom on a child sexual abuse charge. Don McGhee, 51, pled guilty…with prosecutors charging him with rape. He was given credit for 237 days served in jail while his case was pending…while classified as a tier III sexual offender. The sentence was ordered to run consecutive to the balance of a four-year prison term…in connection to a community control violation on a 2019 conviction.
