Meanwhile In A Defiance County Courtroom

A Defiance County grand jury indicts three area residents. Travis Rath of Bryan will face the court for drug trafficking and possession. Rath was pulled over last month on Ralston Avenue in Defiance. Rath and passenger, Jessica McDaniel of Pioneer were brought in after 90 grams of meth turns up in the vehicle search.
Dean Bustos of Sherwood has a court date in Defiance soon on corrupting others with drugs charges. Aaron Steele of Defiance was brought in at the same time on similar offenses. They both also must answer to accusations the two shared sexually explicit matter with a child as well. Prosecutors say Bustos and Steele gave drugs to a juvenile and made a video of minors performing sex acts back in July.
And…Gary McCain of Hicksville, will be tried on two counts of felony gross sexual imposition. Authorities allege on two separate occasions in 2016, McCain had sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl at a home in Hicksville.
