A Defiance man is indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges, including attempted aggravated murder, kidnapping and rape. Prosecutors say Joshua Meeks faces all first-degree felonies. Authorities say Meeks caused serious physical harm to a family or household member, using a deadly weapon.
