Meeks Case Update

Joshua Meeks is arraigned in a Defiance County courtroom on attempted murders charges. Meeks pled not guilty to that, kidnapping and rape, as well. They say Meeks hit his wife repeatedly with a wooden club and threatened her with a large kitchen knife. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 3 for Meeks, who appeared with his attorney, Danny Hill. The judge continued Meek’s $1 million cash bond…he is being held in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
