The state disqualifies one ride at the Ohio State Fair…after inspectors find visible corrosion. It is reviewing four others. None of the five operated at the fair, which opened Wednesday. Dorothy Pelanda, director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, which oversees the fair, says the four other rides could be re-opened after minor repairs.
