Mercer Now Interim VP For Fair Board

Williams County Fair Board President, Matt Kennedy picks director, Josh Mercer to serve as the board’s interim vice president, at least until new officers are elected at the board’s annual meeting in Nov. Mercer fills in for Alan Bennett, who offered his resignation during the fair in September.
