It’s a done deal. The merger between the Chase Brass and Olin Brass parent company, Global Brass and Copper Holdings, with German firm, Wieland-Werke AG, has become official. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, is an all-cash transaction, with Wieland acquiring all outstanding shares of GBC at a rate of $44 per share.
