A suspicious object turned up in downtown Auburn on Friday morning, and it was found to have contained methamphetamine related items. Auburn Police say it was a brown suitcase that was found sitting close to a building in the 100 block of West 5th Street. That suitcase turned out to contain two methamphetemine labs, along with generators and trash that police say is commonly used to make meth. The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit was called in to collect and dispose of the hazardous material. Now, anyone who might have any information about it is being asked to call Auburn Police.
