Fort Wayne Police arrests a 57-year-old DeKalb County man…for rape and sexual battery Wednesday. Mark Michels, of Garrett is accused of committing the crimes, on Sunday. Michels is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of sexual battery in 2012. He has twice been accused of failing to register. Officers from throughout the region…work together in the case.
