A fatal crash on Monday took the life of a Michigan man on County Road 15. William Dunning was a 29 year old man from Hillsdale and riding as a passenger in an SUV that crashed about 3:50 p.m. The driver, Scottie Eagle, rolled his Expedition several times times after hitting ditch. Eagle was wearing a seat belt and was seriously hurt. Dunning wasn’t buckled up and was killed.
