According to a release on Sunday from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department, a Hamilton man who had been missing since last Tuesday, has been found. 32-year-old Derek Pinkham was found following an alert that was issued on Saturday, when authorities said they believed Pinkham may have been in danger because of his limited ability to take care of himself, and because he had no medications with him. Originally, he was said to have been moving things from his home on County Road 4A, where he was last seen on Tuesday between 4:30 and 7:30PM. Pinkham was found safe on Sunday, about 30 miles west of Kendallville.
