MISSING MAN TURNS UP IN PA

The Williams County Sheriff’s Office has released a state­ment say­ing that a Williams County man who had been reported miss­ing has been located.

73 year old Richard Down­ing was located by Penn­syl­va­nia State Police near New Cas­tle, Pa. after State Police there responded to a call of a dis­abled vehi­cle and found Down­ing with that vehi­cle.

Down­ing, who is suf­fer­ing from Alzheimers, report­edly had been last seen dri­ving his 1988 two-tone brown Chevy truck near Pio­neer at 8 a.m. Tues­day.

Down­ing had been stopped at 10 p.m. Tues­day in Beaver County, Pa., by law enforce­ment for a traf­fic vio­la­tion. He was then released.

Down­ing will be return­ing to Williams County with his family.
