The Ohio Arts Council approves $1,949 to go to the Williams County Community Theatre organization, to support a season of musical theater productions for the upcoming year. The OAC approved 679 separate grants for arts projects and events around the state. Defiance and Napoleon received similar funds for arts projects in their communities.
