A Bryan Elementary School employee is named the Ohio School Social Work Association’s 2019 School Social Worker of the Year. We have reported on Sarah Vashaw before. She is known for her work with children and families, and in part for the foundation she helped create which made social worker services a lasting reality in several school districts across Williams County.
