State Issues 1 and 2 were both approved statewide Tuesday, despite being defeated in the 4-county region (Williams/Defiance/Fulton/Henry).
State Issue 1, the amendment relating to abortion and other reproductive decisions passed statewide, with 56.62% voting in favor of the amendment.
State Issue 2, relating to recreational marijuana, also passed statewide, with 56.97% in favor.
Williams County voters turned down two countywide levies. The 3.5-mill additional continuing levy for ambulance and emergency medical services for the Williams County EMS system was defeated.
The additional 0.29-mill 10-year levy to help operate the health department was also defeated.
The Four County ADAMhs Board 0.7 mill/5 years renewal levy passed in all four Northwest Ohio counties (Williams/Defiance/Fulton/Henry).
The race for Bryan City Council at-large goes to incumbent James Kozumplik, as he received more votes than challenger Brian Davis.
