The suspect accused of stealing a vehicle from a Defiance residence and then fired shots at the owner is arrested. Curtis Mowery was picked up by police in Woodburn…in possession of the car stolen from Defiance on Sept. 21. Mowery was taken to the Allen County Jail in Fort Wayne. Additional charges may be issued.
