Murder For Hire Case In Bryan

A Florida man is arrested in Bryan, charged with attempting to hire someone to kill a social worker. David Culver of Fountain, Florida, faces one count of murder for hire. Bryan Police got a tip Culver wanted to set up the killing. He has family in Bryan…the social worker targeted by Culver was involved in an investigation, which resulted in the removal of Culver from his children. He is also a sex offender. Investigators say Culver agreed to pay $1,000 to have the person murdered. He sent a screenshot with the name of the worker assigned to the case.
