Nancy Wagner, 71

Nancy C. Wagner, 71 years, of Bryan, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana, surrounded by her family.  Nancy was born September 14, 1942 in Dickenson County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Jack and Clara Belle (Grizzel) Reliford.  Nancy married Orville L. Wagner on December 7, 1976 in Bryan, and he preceded her in death on June 3, 2010. Nancy worked in assembly at Strydel in Stryker for 13 years.  After leaving Strydel, Nancy stayed at home and cared for her family. Nancy found great pleasure in playing Bingo, watching Cincinnati Reds baseball games and NASCAR, following Jeff Gordon as her number one driver.  She also liked to garden, but what she truly treasured was spending time with her children and grandchildren and all the academic and athletic endeavor’s they participated in.

Surviving are her four children, Dean Reliford of Bryan, Rick (Charity) Reliford of Bryan, Glenda (Doug) Dubois of Bryan and Linda Tracy, also of Bryan; ten grandchildren, Jon (Kelli) Dubois, Ali Dubois, Ricky Reliford, Alysia (Joe) Bell, Jeremy Fulton, Carol Fulton, Zack Reliford, Devin Wagner, Dylan Wagner and Brooklynn Tracy; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Belmar (Mary) Reliford of Defiance and Tracey (Gretchen) Reliford of Edgerton; one sister, Pat Stover of Montpelier as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville, three brothers, Calvin, Jack and Ed Reliford; two sisters, Geneva Stantz and Elsie Garber.

Visitation for Nancy C. Wagner will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan.  Funeral services for Nancy will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014 in the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor Larry Snavely officiating.  Interment will follow in Floral Grove Cemetery, West Unity.
