A Napoleon man found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in October was sent to prison yesterday. 19 year old Justin Double got 30 months. He was charged after he got into an altercation with 19 year old Jonathon Smart, also of Napoleon, over missing marijuana. Double pushed the man and he fell over a table and hit his head on concrete. He died three days later.
