New Contract For Holgate Teachers

A new collective bargaining agreement is ratified between the Holgate Teachers’ Association and the school board, following nearly a year of negotiations. The contract includes a 3-percent wage increase this year and a 2-percent raise in each of the next two school years. Employees also will be contributing a higher percentage of their health care premium costs.
