The Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities approves a motion to hire Jennifer Basselman as superintendent. Basselman currently serves as the business manager for the Fulton County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She will begin her new position on June 1. Basselman will replace Debra Guilford, who announced in January she will retire later this year.
