The Newlyn Quest Club donated $13,500 in proceeds from its annual Barn Fest to more than two dozen community organizations this year. The Bryan Times reports the presentation was made to representatives from each of the recipient groups on Nov. 30 in the Children Room of the Bryan branch of the Williams County Library. Newlyn Quest donated about $12,000 last year, and over the past seven years the club has given back over $100,000 to the community, according to Juliet Stockman, Newlyn Quest Treasurer.
